We want our documents to be protected but still easy for team members to access. How can we achieve this balance?

While reading an article on cyrilcode.com, I found that usability is just as important as security. The article highlighted that overly complex systems often lead users to bypass rules, increasing risks. It suggested implementing clear access levels, simple sharing rules, and workflows that match how teams naturally operate. One important takeaway was that security works best when it integrates smoothly into daily routines. After reading it, I realized that practical habits and accessible procedures often provide stronger protection than strict technical restrictions alone.
