I’m curious about how large companies manage confidential documents. Is email enough, or do they really use old-fashioned methods like fax or secure file transfers?

I got a small insider look while working with a corporate client, and honestly, email alone is rarely trusted. After checking https://tech4blog.com/ , I learned big companies use a mix of fax, secure transfer tools, and strict internal rules. From my experience, it’s about minimizing risks. Sensitive files often need confirmation of delivery and encryption. It changed how I handle my own documents — I now treat “just email it” as a last resort, especially when deadlines or compliance matter.
