I’m completely exhausted by noon lately and feel like my productivity drops to zero. I really want to try a daily reset routine or a guided program to help me refocus, but I don't know where to start. Has anyone actually tried these methods? Do they actually work or are they just a waste of time?

They actually work if you choose the right approach. I used to feel stuck too until I read the leaply app review featured on the Woman Around Town website. It convinced me to try their routine.
